Scaling The Wall - CMCA
The Children’s Movement for Civic Awareness (CMCA) is an NGO that initiates children towards change for bettering society and the environment. As a fund raiser for the NGO, Harsha Bhogle chose to set up a live chat show with cricketer Rahul Dravid.
Phase 1 managed the event end to end, from raising funds through sponsorship, sale of donor passes and auction of tables and other cricket memorabilia, to TV coverage and event production – making the 'event for a cause' a huge success.
Kingfisher Premium Bowl Out
Just another reason to sell more of UB’s most popular beer on the market – the Kingfisher Premium Bowl Out is a new event property brought together for Kingfisher by Phase 1, that lets brand patrons live their greatest cricket fantasy of ‘bowling out’ the greatest names of the cricketing premier leagues.
The 'Bowl Out' challenges were held in malls & stadiums in 4 cities, where lucky-draw patrons of Kingfisher Premium beer bowled at one of 3 Star Cricketers of the Delhi Daredevils in Delhi, Rajasthan Royals in Jaipur, Deccan Chargers in Hyderabad & Mumbai Indians in Mumbai; won cash prizes of Rs. 1 Lakh and were applauded by authentic cheerleaders! A massive press and fan turnout at the venues and a number of ‘Bowl Out’ winners in each city made the promotion a huge success.

Mantri Dance Otsav 2012
The mega dance festival organised for the 2nd year running by Phase 1, is Mantri Developers' customer loyalty initiative for the residents of its apartment complexes.
Bigger, bolder & better this year, the festival saw an intense on-ground promotion campaign across 18 apartment projects, driving over 150 entries. Two elimination rounds & a grand finale event – battled by 21 teams, choreographed professionally and scored by celebrity judges – saw the revival of a soaring spirit and an aspiration towards the same event next year.
Personal videos captured on audience cell phones took to the social networks, striking a massive number of ‘likes’, making the Danceotsav a bigger hit.
Microsoft GTSC Chorus 2012
The Ace Awards convention organized by us for the 3rd consecutive year, was to this time celebrate Microsoft GTSC's grand performance for the year and inspire teamwork.
Titling it ‘Chorus’ – One Team, One Voice – the event and its 4 week campaign was themed on music, bringing every employee together in musical activities and concluding in an anthem ‘by, for and of’ Microsoft GTSC employees, for which vocalists and lyrics were selected through internal competitions.
Going viral on social networks, the anthem was incorporated into a corporate caller tune for cell phones and also a karaoke version – hitting the perfect note with Microsoft’s event objectives.

Novell Carnivale 2012
Novell’s employee day this year, was set to enthuse its employees towards the corporate’s latest joint venture with three other companies.
Phase 1 brought Novell's employees together, giving them a sense of involvement & ownership of the event through several internal talent competitions, the winners of which got to perform on the final day.
Giving Novell something to carry forward in the times to come was a specially created corporate anthem titled ‘Many Beats, One Rhythm’ - inspired by the diversity of 4 companies coming together with a single focus. The anthem, together with a vibrant and energetic video covering Novell’s employees, became a viral rage on social networks – which saw delighted and highly committed employee comments post the event!

Now education comes to under-privileged kids, each time someone gets to own the jeans of Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and others of the 16 biggest Indian film stars who have given their denims up for Parikrma’s ‘Jeanaration’ auction on E-bay.
An initiative by Bangalore based not-for-profit organization – the Parikrma Humanity Foundation, which works for quality education and care of under-privileged kids of slums and orphanages in the city – ‘Jeanaration’ is also being supported by Phase 1 as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility. Seiko Dealership Meet & Women's Collection Launch
International luxury watch brand Seiko launched for the first time globally - its collection of women’s watches - alongside the first Seiko dealership meet in India since its entry in the country 5 years ago.
Phase 1 once again carried the sophistication of the brand forward - launching the women’s watch collection via a fresh concept in spot fashion. Making it a tasteful, memorable experience for dealers, the event was packaged with entertainment by fusion artist Bickram Ghosh and glamour dance acts by Delhi’s Zenith Girls, crafted around ‘the hours of time’ and Broadway’s musical ‘Chicago’. The milestone event was a shimmering success.
Tanishq - M.S. Subbulakshmi Coin Launch
Addressing the tastes of the upper crust classical socialites of the South in Chennai, Tanishq commemorated the highly revered icon of classical Carnatic vocal music – M.S. Subbulakshmi – with the launch of a Gold Coin engraved with her image.
Phase 1 presented the launch in subtle sophistry, with focus on the guests of honour, Carnatic music icons Dr. M. Balamuralikrishna and Smt. Sudha Ragunathan, along with Ashok Ramani. The COO of Tanishq, Mr. CK Venkataraman, addressed the crème audience, veretans of carnatic music and press, in the backdrop of live Carnatic incantations that honored the classical art genre.

Tanishq, Zoya - Launch of the 'Banaras' Collection
Inspired by the flavours of ancient ‘Banaras’, Zoya – the premium jewellery brand from Tanishq, launched its season’s latest collection for the press, crème patrons and socialites of Mumbai and Delhi.
Lubna Adams & Prasad Bidappa choreographed an enchanting fashion show at each event with the showstoppers worn by supermodels Parvathy Omnakuttan and Kalyani Chawla. As a highlight, Indu Sahani, Zeba Gupta, Anjoli ela Menon and other celebrity socialites walked the ramp, showcasing the collection.
Phase 1 painted a portrait with enriching elements of a Zoya treasure chest, ambient photo memoirs of Banaras on a panoramic LED screen, music weaving in sounds of the conch and temple bells, a Ganga Aarti by pundits, verses of poetry and more, making for an eclectic experience of the inspiration behind Zoya’s ‘Banaras’ collection.
Volvo 9400PX Bus Launch
In a strategy to expand its market share, Volvo Bus India launched the latest fleet of KSRTC inter-state ‘premium’ Volvo buses in Bangalore, measuring 14.5 Mts. as compared to the standard 12 Mts. and featuring facilities like a toilet, coffee and refreshments counter, etc.
A simple & tactful press launch highlighted features of the bus via a walk-through marked with signage. The Chief Guest, Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka, Shri R. Ashok, flagged-off of the first bus, glorified with the release of over a hundred Volvo branded helium-balloons by Volvo’s Senior Vice-President for Region International, Mr. Akash Passey along with other members of the management & dignitaries.
Kingfisher Derby 2012 - Silver Jubilee Celebrations
The Silver Jubilee of the Kingfisher Derby made headlines for its extravagant celebrations in Bangalore, which were themed ‘Vanity’ and lasted for a week.
Pre-event activities covered pub promotions and events at the Bangalore Turf Club – which included two exclusive ceremonies with Shazhan Padamsee & Nargis Fakiri handing over the Derby Trophy to the club & making the post position draws for the final race. The Pre-Derby Party had Lucky Ali in live performance amidst ‘Vanity’s’ hostesses - who dressed in corsets & carried horse whips with a piquant sense of allure.
The day of the Derby at the Bangalore Racecourse, saw a 40ft. wide LED screen set across from the gallery, customized with an inset stage and Avril Quadros singing from there.
