iPhone 4 Launch with Airtel
The iconic and much-desired I Phone 4 has finally come to gadget-crazy Bangalore. On the 26th of May, at the stroke of midnight, Apple fans queued outside the Imagine Store at UB City for the rights to brag about being the first to get their hands on the IPhone.
Dhruv Bhagat, COO, Karnataka Circle, Bharti Airtel, and Sandalwood Actress Jennifer Kotwal were present at the pre-launch party at the Oakwood along with key employees of Airtel, loyal customers and the media.
Jennifer Kotwal was the first to get the I Phone 4, after which the Imagine Store was opened to the rest.
Entertaining the audience was Bangalore's well known musician Raghu Dixit with his quartet
It was one unforgettable party culminating with the launch of the latest in communication technology

Bosch Power Tools Accelerates with its Accessories
The Accessories Division of Bosch Power Tools recently hosted a meet with its Channel Partners in Bangalore. The 2-day event called “Accelerate” aimed to celebrate the exponential growth in the market for accessories and open new avenues for growth.
Continuing with a precedent set for the previous year, a Mascot for the division (called Accelerator) was unveiled before the audience. Made entirely with Bosch Accessories, the Accelerator has become very popular with the Channel Partners with many of them requesting for a replica in their showrooms.
This year the Mascot has taken flight (with special wings constructed) to reflect the theme Aim, Leap, Soar.
Other highlights of the event were a Rewards & Recognition evening, a performance by the band ‘Groove Adda’, an inspirational curtain raiser, a strategy business session and a hands-on session to demonstrate the Accessories

Tanishq Store Launch
The launch of Tanishq’s Flagship Store in Mumbai, at New Link Road, Andheri (West) was an occasion to remember. Spanning over 22,000 sq. ft. and spread across two floors, this is India’s Largest Jewelry Destination.
With unique facilities like a children’s play area, men’s lounge area, feeding rooms, conference rooms, waiting lounges and a private viewing room, the store is also India’s most luxurious.
Pre-launch activities included distributing invitations through the Dabbawallas to areas like Malad, Goregaon, Andheri and Bandra.
The store was inaugurated by Bollywood Superstar Amitabh Bachchan who cut the ribbon following which a 38ft. x 84ft. curtain parted to reveal its facade
Other attractions included a fashion show choreographed by Achala Sachdev, which showcased the different brides of India and Jewelry worn by them, and a magnificent sound and light show reflected on the front facade of the store, culminating with Pyrotechnics.
The entire event was conceived and produced within two weeks of receiving the brief.

Wipro: Mindstorm and Solitaire
Wipro hosted two critical events Mindstorm and Solitaire Awards at Crowne Plaza in Electronic City on May 9th and 10th 2011
Mindstorm is a conference that serves as a platform where industry experts meet to share best practices, review the business and discuss the way forward. The Solitaire Awards is an exclusive honor annually awarded to the best performers in Wipro Infotech – individuals and teams.
Phase 1 worked with Wipro Infotech to conceive and create both properties and has been managing the events for the last two years. Deliveries for the events included the communication campaign, ambience, experience and curtain raiser films.
A popular Bangalore based band, ‘Retronome’ and the dance troupe 5678 kept the audience entertained.

AUDI - Showroom Launch
Phase 1 managed the launch of Audi’s showrooms in Chennai and Bangalore. The showroom in Chennai was inaugurated by Michael Perschke, Head, Audi India and K. Subramanian, CEO, Audi Chennai. The opening of this landmark showroom was marked by the unveiling of the brand new performance-driven super sports car, the Audi R8 5.2 FSI.
Audi has recently embarked on an aggressive expansion strategy to capitalize on opportunities in the growing Indian Market.
The highlight of the event was a performance by international artiste virtuosos – Maske, an electric string trio comprising three classically trained women who exemplify talent, beauty and glamour.

The Audi Trousseau week
The Audi Trousseau week hosted by The Collection - a luxury mall conceived by the Prestige Group in collaboration with the UB Group. The objective of the Trousseau week was to showcase the luxury brands within the collection and to support shoppers with end to end premium wedding services including floral decor, catering and beauty care.
The Collection has transformed the luxury retail landscape in India, and has been set up to wow increasingly affluent Indian consumers through a dazzling array of exclusive and exorbitantly priced products. Brands available at The Collection include international luxury brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Burberry, Dunhill, Rolex, Omega, Jimmy Choo and Kimaya amongst others.
Phase 1 conceived and managed the ‘Invitation Only’ fashion show for a select gathering to give it the exclusive image, in keeping with luxury brands being showcased. The show featured brands like Kimaya, Minawala, Paul Smith, Canali, Etro and Estee Lauder and designers like Neeta Lulla, Manoviraj Khosla, Raj Shroff, and Seema Malhotra.

ING Grand Slam
ING Grand Slam is a 9-year-old initiative by ING Life India (the Insurance Wing of ING which has over 50,000 advisors out of 229 cities in India) to reward its best partners for achieving high benchmarks in sales.
Over the years, Grand Slammers have been taken on an all-expense paid incentive tour to Australia, New Zealand, Bangkok, South Africa and London. Phase 1 was commissioned to manage Grand Slam 2010 in Dubai. The 3-day event saw 400 of ING Life India’s best advisors being treated to the major attractions of Dubai.
Phase 1 managed the planning and end to end communication plan for the event in addition to the Gala Dinner Celebrations that was held at the Grand Ballroom, Monarch.

TITAN GLAM, ISTANBUL
Titan, the world’s 5th largest manufacturer of watches hosts its Global Associates Meet (GLAM) once every two years. The business associates of Titan hail from countries in the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia.
This year the destination for the GLAM was the historic and beautiful city of Istanbul.
PHASE 1 continued its 8 year association with Titan by successfully organizing the Conference and Gala Dinner for its Business Associates. Phase 1’s contributions included formulating the theme and all communication collaterals, a curtain raiser film and entertainment amongst others. The multi-cultural profiles of the audience was a big factor in designing the communication plan and entertainment for the event.

Tanishq, a brand of the Tata Group is the largest and fastest growing jewelry brand in India.
The Tanishq Business Associates Meet (BAM) was held at the The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel, one of Asia's most exciting entertainment destinations and conventions centers. Over 645 of Tanishq’s employees, Business Associates and Vendors attended the meet across 3 days.
The conference witnessed performances by the internationally reputed Shaolin Monks (which lead to the unveiling of the theme) and Dragon Dancers along with motivational addresses by the Dabbawalla’s and Swami Sukhabodhananda - who pointed out the relevance of The Mahabharata (one of the world’s oldest and longest Hindu epics) in modern life.

4 Seasons Property Launch
Four Seasons – The Canadian Luxury Hotel Chain – is eyeing a slew of projects in India, including hotels, resorts, service apartments and residences.
Phase 1 partnered with Four Seasons in Bangalore, for the launch of their 5-star hotel, service residences and a 1 lakh sq ft mall estimated to cost around $150 million.
The event, held at Skyee Lounge Bar, UB City Plaza saw the recreation of the Four Seasons experience that was centered around heightening sensory perceptions of the guests (all High Net Worth Individuals).
The entire experience saw excellent hospitality, an exotic spread of food, and breathtaking floral décor; all important characteristic of the Four Seasons.
For the launch sequence, powerful sky tracers were used that marked the spot where the property would come up. The lights from the sky tracers were visible at the venue - 6 Kilometers away. Sophisticated AV projections on a glass surfaces also complemented the ambience.
