Bangalore Times Fashion Week is the city’s most popular fashion event, hosted by The Times Group. With a vision to grab national attention, they wanted to establish Bangalore Times as the leading lifestyle and entertainment brand in the city whilst positioning Bangalore as one of India’s leading fashion destinations for designers, brands, talent and fashionistas to collaborate and evolve together.

BGTFW 2018 was all about nurturing the city’s blossoming talent, where Fashion designers, city-based brands, models, and graduating fashion students were given the opportunity to showcase their work alongside established designers, earning them unprecedented recognition at a national level.

The names make the show and so we brought on board globally acclaimed style icons such as Wendell Rodricks, Rocky Star, Gauri & Nainika and Manoviraj Khosla.

Critical collaborations with some of the leading industry stalwarts such as the renowned choreographer Anu Ahuja, regional heartthrobs ‘Best Kept Secret’ and supermodels Gayatri Bhardwaj, Mugdha Godse, Aindrita Ray, and Chitrangada Singh created buzz and a crowd-stopping tableau.

A robust media strategy created along with the Bangalore Times team ensured maximum publicity for all stakeholders across radio, print, digital and on-ground.

Meticulous planning and management of designer scheduling, model fittings, rehearsals, backstage and console management, show sequencing, music, AV content, photo ops, F&B, ticket bookings, airport transfers, and accommodation amplified the overall experience.
