The BIAL Pinnacle awards are the yearly recognition ceremony for various organizations that work hard to sustain the airport through the year. The 2nd edition of BIAL Pinnacle awards was a star-spangled event where the main objective was to applaud the individuals and organizations who made a difference to the airport experience.

The idea was to make the organisation’s leaders feel like stars. Rewards, recognition and premium treatment of employees was the priority. The event was conceptualized around the theme of constellations and led to the grand idea of “Celebrating the Stars.” The concept reflected the ideology of the organization and its partners as stars that shone brightly in their own galaxies, while shining the brightest when they came together. As the event centred on BIAL’s stars and recognizing their efforts, an exclusive song was created for the event and performed live as an exquisite spectacle with gown-mapping.
