Zapr Media Labs, is world’s largest offline media consumption repository, bridging the gap between the offline and online media by enabling TV-to-Mobile audience engagement. With a family of 160 employees, for their third annual meet they wanted a international offsite with unique entertainment and engagement within a stipulated budget.

Budgeted international destination + Unique theme + Multiple attractions + End-to-end customisation

Proposing a one-of-a-kind experience, inspired by adventure, colour and everything fun, our aim was to curate the perfect getaway for the people of ZAPR. Along the endless coastline of Sri Lanka, we raised a toast to good times and curated an unforgettable summer filled with nostalgic memories.

Adhering to the specified budget, we proposed and created a 360 degree celebration on international waters, while their expectation was limited to a local meet. Accommodation, ticketing, and logistics was seamlessly arranged for all the employees traveling from Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi.

Culminating the company name ZAPR with their annual getaway, our theme ‘Zapaway’, was a call to party on its own. Every element was unique and customised: the pool party was filled with games, music, and live food counters. The outdoor welcome dinner adorned a carnival theme with popcorn stalls, sheesha bar and a Bollywood DJ. The awards night was a mesmerising masquerade ball on the beach, constructed from scratch with chandeliers, décor and photo ops.

Studded with lots of water sports, shopping, sightseeing, and new memories it was 72 hours of non-stop entertainment.
